All prices shown on Duty free house are based on US Dollars (USD). All other currencies are calculated automatically by our system.

After confirming your order at Duty free house you will receive an email at least 10 minutes after processing. After receiving this email your order has taken place in our system.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

Duty free house reserves the right to request payment via bank transfer (T/T) for any orders.

System Outages

Duty free house periodically schedules system downtime for maintenance and other purposes. Unplanned system outages also may occur. Duty free house shall have no liability whatsoever for the resulting unavailability of the Site or for any loss of data or transactions caused by planned or unplanned system outages or the resultant delay, misdelivery, nondelivery of information caused by such system outages, or any third party acts or any other outages of web host providers or the Internet infrastructure and network external to the Site.

We reserve the rights to terminate any transactions and refund you the full payment.

We reserve the rights to modify our shipping and handling, return policy, and other terms and conditions without prior notice.

Force Majeure

Duty free house shall not be held responsible for the delay in shipment or non-delivery of the goods due to war, earthquake, serious flood, fire and other Force majeure causes agreed by both parties. However, the Sellers shall advise the Buyers by Fax/Telex, immediately of such occurrence and within fourteen days thereafter, shall send by airmail to the Buyers for their acceptance a certificate issued by the competent authorities of the place where the accident occurs as evidence thereof. Under such circumstances Duty free house , however, are still under the obligation to take all necessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods. In case the late delivery exceeds eight weeks, the Buyers shall have the right to cancel this Contract.

Arbitration

Where the parties fail to settle dispute within 30 days after such dispute occurs, they agree to submit such dispute to Arbitration commision in Brussels for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral awards are final and binding upon both parties.
